Mission statement
Take responsibility for expanding adoption of Bemlo Flow among care homes and hospitals in the UK and growing revenue through Bemlo Flow and Bemlo marketplace interaction.
Outcomes
- Lead sales and improve our results while keeping our margins high.
- Grow Monthly Net Revenue to $30K in first year.
- Increase the number of Bemlo Flow customers to 10 within first year.

Find ways Bemlo's software can be improved and adapted to the UK market.
- Run pilots with multiple healthcare actors.

Identify and run a repeatable sales process and onboarding for the UK.
- A process to automate outreach with documented steps and stages.
- Onboarding document in place.
- Gather feedback from customers and provide it to the product team.
